Returns & Exchanges Policy

We will gladly accept any unworn, unwashed merchandise with original tags within 7 days of purchase for a refund or an exchange.

Please return goods with a copy of the invoice and mention the reason for returning the items.

We offer FREE return shipping — customers do not have to pay any return courier charges.

Delivery charges (original shipping) will not be refunded.

Refund requests will be processed within 7 working days after receiving the returned products.

Damaged or Defective Products

In case you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will offer a free return or exchange.

  • The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
  • Proof (images/video) may be required for verification
  • Return shipping will be completely free (covered by us)
